Anne’s unique and integrative approach to massage therapy combines her compassionate touch with a variety of techniques – from light Craniosacral touch to specific Deep Connective Tissue Therapy, Myofascial Release, breath work and gentle stretching. She works with her clients to create personalized sessions that address their particular needs. She offers a variety of self-care techniques for her clients to use between sessions, including hydrotherapy and yoga poses. Anne values the importance of the mind-body connection in the healing process and encourages her clients to address healing from a holistic perspective.

While Anne’s practice focuses on pain relief, stress-related issues and chronic tension, she also offers relaxation massage for those who just want to unwind. With Craniosacral Therapy, she treats all types of ailments, such as migraines, neck and back pain and TMJ syndrome.

Anne uses advanced techniques including Myofascial Release, Ortho-Bionomy and Craniosacral Therapies. She is currently pursuing a certification in Craniosacral Therapy. Anne is available for appointments weekdays, evenings and occasional weekends by request. Please contact her to set up a time.
