Chelsea has been in practice since 2004. After graduating massage school she worked with a Physical Therapist assisting in scar tissue and trauma rehabilitation. Her practice consists mainly of Deep Connective Tissue Therapy, Active-Isolated stretching and weekly corporate On-Site Chair Massage. Additionally, twice a month she assists a Chinese Acupuncturist with Tui-Na massage therapies. She has and continues exploring advanced training in a number of therapies including; Myofacial Release, Reconnecting Neuromuscular Responses, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Thai Massage Therapy and Chinese Tui-Na massage. She is currently working towards acceptance into the Doctorate in Physical Therapy program at UF 2011, and certification in Lymphatic Drainage Massage in May 2010.

She believes light calm therapies can be just as effective as deeper direct therapies. Through non-forceful touch, she welcomes many techniques to suit the individual’s needs. She believes both the body and mind can be explored through healing processes. She welcomes conversation and questions and helps within her scope.

Chelsea welcomes participation in geriatric home health care.

Also as a convenience, she is available for in-home sessions after initial office visits (please inquire).

Office appointments are flexible but best met Monday and Friday afternoon/evenings and weekend morning/afternoons.
